CA Penal Code § 13897.3 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The agency shall develop written guidelines for funding and performance standards for monitoring the effectiveness of the resource center program. The program shall be evaluated by a public or private nonprofit entity under a contract with the agency.
