CA Penal Code § 7203 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The 1984 Prison Construction Committee is hereby created. The committee shall consist of the Controller, the State Treasurer, and the Director of Finance. That committee shall be the committee, as that term is used in the State General Obligation Bond Law.

(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 4, Sec. 2. Approved June 5, 1984, by adoption of Proposition 17.)
