CA Pub Count Code § 20919.2 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Nothing in this article or in this code shall prohibit the unified school district from utilizing job order contracting, as an alternative to any contracting procedures that the unified school district is otherwise authorized or required by law to use.

(Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 889, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2004. Repealed as of December 1, 2012, pursuant to Section 20919.15.)
