This article shall remain in effect only until December 1, 2012, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before December 1, 2012, deletes or extends that date.
(Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 570, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2007. Repealed as of December 1, 2012, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 60.3, commencing with Section 20919.)
