CA Pub Count Code § 20919.14 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

It is the intent of the Legislature that a moratorium be placed on the enactment of any additional legislation authorizing school districts to use job order contracting until the Legislature has received the reports required by Section 20919.12.

(Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 889, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2004. Repealed as of December 1, 2012, pursuant to Section 20919.15.)
