Except as otherwise provided in this article, this article is not intended to change in any manner any guideline, criteria, procedure, or requirement of the Regents of the University of California to let any contract for a project to the lowest responsible bidder or else reject all bids.
(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 636, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2012. Repealed as of January 1, 2017, pursuant to Section 10506.9.)
