ARTICLE 2. Determination of Medical Issues
Section 4066
When the employer files an application for adjudication of claim contesting the formal medical evaluation prepared by an agreed medical evaluator under this article, regardless of outcome, the workers compensation judge or the appeals board shall assess the employee s attorney s fees against the employer, subject to Section 4906.
