PART 6.7. Federal Temporary High Risk Health Insurance Fund
Section 12739.755
The sum of seven hundred sixty-one million dollars ($761,000,000) is hereby appropriated without regard to fiscal years from the Federal Trust Fund to the board, from funds received from the federal government under Section 1101 of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148), for transfer to the fund for the purposes specified in Section 12739.71.
(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 31, Sec. 6. Effective June 29, 2010. Repealed as of January 1, 2020, pursuant to Section 12739.76.)
