CA Ins Code § 12739.73 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
From amounts transferred to the fund, the board may expend sufficient funds to carry out the purposes of Part 6.6 (commencing with Section 12739.5). The state shall not be liable beyond the assets of the fund for any obligations incurred, or liabilities sustained, in the operation of the program.
(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 32, Sec. 3. Effective June 29, 2010. Repealed as of January 1, 2020, pursuant to Section 12739.76.)
