CA Ins Code § 12620 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

In the event actions for the foreclosure of real estate mortgages, or sales on execution or under power of sale contained in any mortgage or by direction of court in an action for the recovery of a debt or for the enforcement of a right secured by a mortgage or other lien shall be extended or postponed pursuant to or by any law of this State or of the United States, or by any order or ruling of any officer of this State or of the United States, or in the event the date when payment of either principal or interest shall become due under any note secured by a mortgage on real estate shall be extended or postponed pursuant to or by any law of this State or of the United States, or by any order or ruling of any officer of this State or of the United States, then and in each of such cases there shall be an extension for a like period of time of the date or dates upon which mortgage insurers are required to make any and all payments under and by reason of any and all policies of mortgage insurance or mortgage participation certificates then issued and outstanding.
