CA Health & Safety Code § 6580 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Except as provided in Sections 6580.1 and 6580.2, all elections of officers after the formation of the district, which elections shall be known as general district elections, shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in each odd-numbered year.
