CA Health & Safety Code § 44233 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
Not more than 5 percent of the fees distributed to any district pursuant to Section 44229, or distributed by a district to any other public agency pursuant to this chapter, shall be used by the district or other public agency for administrative costs.
