ARTICLE 6. Gasoline Cargo Tanks
Section 41971
Proof of correction shall consist either of a verification pursuant to Section 41972 or of a certification by an authorized representative of one of the following agencies that the alleged violation has been corrected:
(a) The state board.
(b) The State Fire Marshal.
(c) The district board.
(d) The Department of the California Highway Patrol.
(Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1255, Sec. 2.3. Operative July 1, 1983, or sooner, by Sec. 27.5 of Ch. 1255.)
