CA Health & Safety Code § 40917 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
Two or more districts within the same air basin shall cooperate to the extent reasonable and appropriate in developing plan elements of mutual concern. These elements may include, but are not limited to, emission inventories, air quality models, and growth projections.
