CA Health & Safety Code § 39632 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Commencing on January 1, 2005, a cruise ship, and commencing on January 1, 2006, an oceangoing ship, shall not conduct onboard incineration while operating within three miles of the California coast, to the extent allowed by federal law.
