CA Health & Safety Code § 39514 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11150), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code apply to the state board, and the state board is the head of a department within the meaning of the chapter.
