Section 13910
CA Health & Safety Code § 13910 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
Whenever the district board determines that the amount of revenue available to the district or any of its zones is inadequate to meet the costs of providing services pursuant to Section 13862, the board may raise revenues pursuant to this chapter or any other provision of law.
