Section 11876
CA Health & Safety Code § 11876 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The department shall inspect programs dispensing controlled substances described in subdivision (c) of Section 11875 to ensure that the programs are operating in compliance with applicable federal statutes and regulations, including the provisions of Part 8 of Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
(Repealed and added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 862, Sec. 125.5. Effective January 1, 2005.)
