CA Health & Safety Code § 11847.3 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The department shall, within available resources, consult with federal, state and local agencies involved in the provision and delivery of services of prevention, care, treatment, and rehabilitation of alcohol and other drug abusers.
