CA Harb & Nav Code § 65.4 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Any plans for construction of beach erosion control works which may in any way affect recreational beaches under the ownership or control of the Department of Parks and Recreation shall be subject to approval by the Department of Parks and Recreation.
