CA Govt Code § 8685.8 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
Under procedures to be prescribed by the secretary, a local agency may receive an advance of funds to initiate a project. Such advances shall be limited to not more than 90 percent of the estimated state s share of the project, as determined pursuant to Section 8686.
