CA Govt Code § 8599 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The California Emergency Management Agency shall develop a plan for state and local governmental agencies to utilize volunteer resources during a state of emergency proclaimed by the Governor. The agency shall consult with appropriate state and local governmental agencies and volunteer organizations in the development of this plan.
