CA Govt Code § 8299.11 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

This chapter shall not be implemented, and shall not remain operative, unless funds are appropriated for that purpose by the Legislature in the annual Budget Act or another statute.

(Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 549, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2009. Note: Operational condition applies to Chapter 3.7, commencing with Section 8299.)
