CA Govt Code § 8299.03 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Meetings of the commission shall be subject to the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act (Article 9 (commencing with Section 11120) of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2).

(Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 549, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2009. Continued operation dependent upon funding; see Section 8299.11.)
