CA Govt Code § 21004 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Leave of absence also means absence from state service because of illness that arose out of and in the course of employment and for which the member received temporary disability benefits under the Labor Code during the absence and did not receive full compensation as distinguished from the disability benefits for the period of absence.
