CA Govt Code § 20002 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The Public Employees Retirement System created by Chapter 700 of the Statutes of 1931, as amended, is continued in existence under this part. This system is a unit of the State and Consumer Services Agency.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
