Section 19775.2


CA Govt Code § 19775.2 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

(a) Pay under the provisions of Sections 19775 and 19775.1, excluding emergency military leave pay provisions, shall not exceed 30 calendar days in any one fiscal year. The beginning date of active duty shall determine the fiscal year in which the pay is accumulated when the period of active duty extends into another fiscal year.

(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2015.

(Repealed (in Sec. 1) and added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 374, Sec. 2. Effective September 30, 2011. Section operative January 1, 2015, by its own provisions.)
