Section 19243


CA Govt Code § 19243 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Upon successful completion of the job examination period, the candidate shall have qualified in the examination. With the approval of the board, the appointing power may appoint the candidate, without further examination, to an appropriate position where civil service status may accumulate.
