CA Govt Code § 16429.30 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The California Unitary Fund is hereby abolished. Any assets or liability of that fund is transferred to the General Fund. On and after January 1, 2001, all money that would have been deposited in the fund pursuant to any provision of law shall instead be deposited in the General Fund.
