CHAPTER 6. California State Contracts Register
Section 14829.2
This article shall remain in effect until January 1, 1988, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, which is chaptered before January 1, 1988, deletes or extends that date, or unless the Director of General Services determines that as of December 1, 1987, the programs established by this article are self-supporting and notifies the Joint Legislative Budget Committee of that determination.
