Section 13332.12


CA Govt Code § 13332.12 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

(a) Any acquisition of land or other real property authorized in any appropriation, except an appropriation from the California Water Fund and an appropriation to the Department of Transportation for capital outlay purposes, shall be subject to the provisions of the Property Acquisition Law. Nothing in this section shall be construed as exempting the California Coastal Commission from this section.

(b) All property acquisitions, including those exempted pursuant to subdivision (a), shall be reported to the State Public Works Board.
