Section 7078
CA Govt Code § 7078 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The limitations in Section 91503 on the allowable uses of proceeds of bonds issued pursuant to Title 10 (commencing with Section 91500) shall not apply to bonds issued on behalf of any enterprise zone or any portion of that zone.
