ARTICLE 3.7. Emergency Management Assistance Compact
Section 179.9
This article shall become inoperative on March 1, 2015, and, as of January 1, 2016, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that becomes operative on or before January 1, 2016, deletes or extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.
(Amended by Stats. 2011, Ch. 413, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2012. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 3.7, commencing with Section 179.)
