CA Fish & Game Code § 8420.5 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

North of a line extending due west magnetic from Point Conception, market squid may be taken for commercial purposes only between noon on Sunday and noon on Friday of each week.

(Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 785, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1998. Conditionally inoperative as provided in Section 8429.7. Repealed as of date prescribed by Section 8429.7.)
