CA Fish & Game Code § 300 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Any regulation issued under any subsequent provisions of this code shall be filed with the Secretary of State, as required by Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 11370), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2, of the Government Code.
