Section 8710.1


CA Fam Code § 8710.1 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

If there is not an adoptive placement plan for a child with an approved adoptive family, as defined in subdivision (c) of Section 8708, within the department s or the licensed adoption agency s jurisdiction, then the department or licensed adoption agency shall register the child with the exchange system described in Section 8710.2.
