CA Fam Code § 8621 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The department shall adopt regulations regarding the provision of adoption services by the department, licensed adoption agencies and other adoption service providers, and shall monitor the provision of those services by licensed adoption agencies and other adoption providers. The department shall report violations of regulations to the appropriate licensing authority.

This section shall become operative on January 1, 1995.

(Repealed (Jan. 1, 1994) and added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 758, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1994. Section operative January 1, 1995, by its own provisions.)
