Section 10385
CA Food & Agri Code § 10385 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
Any expense which is incurred by the department pursuant to Section 10384 is a lien upon the cattle which are tested and identified. Unless the amount of the lien is paid within 10 days after written notice of the amount of the lien has been given by the department to the owner or person that is in possession of the cattle, the lien shall be enforced pursuant to Section 3052 of the Civil Code.
