CA Food & Agri Code § 3331 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The board shall serve as the policymaking body for the California Exposition and State Fair and shall have full responsibility for the year-round management and operation of all facilities of the California Exposition and State Fair.

The board shall provide for an annual fair in one or more seasonal divisions in Sacramento County of the industries and industrial products of the state and commercial products exported and imported through the ports of the state. The fair shall be designated the California State Fair.
