CA Food & Agri Code § 76703 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The voting members of the council shall each be appointed to a three-year term, except that in the first year of the council, three members shall be appointed to one-year terms; three members shall be appointed to two-year terms; and three shall be appointed to three-year terms.
