CA Food & Agri Code § 53308 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Botanical name means the genus and species, the genus, species, and cultivar name, or the genus and cultivar name given to a plant in accordance with the International Code of Botanical Nomenclature and the International Code of Nomenclature of Cultivated Plants.
