CA Food & Agri Code § 29026 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The board shall be advisory to the director on all matters related to the beekeeping industry and may make recommendations on all matters affecting the activities of the department in relation to the beekeeping industry including an annual review of the department s apiary program.
