CA Food & Agri Code § 20440 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Any animal which is seized by or comes into the possession of an inspector pursuant to this division shall be disposed of as provided in Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 17001), Part 1, Division 9 of this code.
