Section 6101
CA Elec Code § 6101 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
Nomination papers to be circulated pursuant to Section 6061 shall be prepared, circulated, signed, and verified and shall be left for examination with the county elections official of the county in which they are circulated at least 73 days prior to the presidential primary election.
