CA Elec Code § 3301 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, this chapter shall govern the voter registration and voting of a person in any federal election if that person resides outside of the United States and was domiciled in California immediately prior to his or her departure from the United States.
