CA Educ Code § 60610 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

At the request of the State Board of Education, and in accordance with rules and regulations that the board may adopt, each county superintendent of schools shall cooperate with and assist school districts under his or her jurisdiction in carrying out the testing programs of those districts and other duties imposed on school districts by this chapter.

(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 975, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1996. Inoperative July 1, 2014. Repealed as of January 1, 2015, pursuant to Section 60601.)
