CA Educ Code § 54716 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2019, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that becomes operative on or before January 1, 2019, deletes or extends that date.

(Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 472, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2009. Repealed as of January 1, 2019, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 6.3, commencing with Section 54710.)
