ARTICLE 5.5. Clean Technology and Renewable Energy Job Training, Career Technical Education, and Dropout Prevention Program
Section 54699.1
This article shall become inoperative on June 30, 2017, and, as of January 1, 2018, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that becomes operative on or before January 1, 2018, deletes or extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.
(Added by Stats. 2011, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 2, Sec. 1. Effective December 10, 2011. Repealed as of January 1, 2018, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 5.5, commencing with Section 54698.)
