Section 48451
CA Educ Code § 48451 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The governing board of any high school district in which a minor resides who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, on the complaint of any person, make full and impartial investigation of all charges against any parent, guardian, or other person having control or charge of the minor for violation of the provisions of Section 48450.
