CHAPTER 6. Distributions and Withdrawals
Section 17251
Except as provided in this chapter, a member is entitled to receive distributions from a limited liability company before the withdrawal of that member from the company and before the dissolution and winding up of the company, subject to the limitations contained in Section 17254, to the extent and at the times or upon the happening of the events specified in the operating agreement.
